"The Meeting" is an older piece, inspired by a year of living next to the infamous tar ponds in Sydney, Cape Breton.

To me, this piece has always had the feeling of an pre-apocalyptic world, as representatives of the earth's different constituencies gather to discuss a final environmental crisis.
